Data collected

Through the contact form: the subject of your request, your first and last name, your work email address, your organisation, your job title, your country, your organisation’s headcount and your message. Optional fields are marked as such.

Like any website, the hosting server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the site secure and limit abuse.

Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your request for a demo, a quote or information: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Following up on the relationship with your organisation: Empreinte Humaine’s legitimate interest.
• Protecting the website and the form against abuse: Empreinte Humaine’s legitimate interest.

Recipients

The Empreinte Humaine teams in charge of Klimat. Messages are delivered by Mailgun, our email provider, from its servers in the European Union. The website is hosted by OVH, in France. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Retention

Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted. Server technical logs are kept for a limited period.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own servers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@klimat.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

For people in Québec, the person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at the same address; complaints can be filed with the Commission d’accès à l’information.
